  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Cost is $12.99.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75. Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination and the weight of your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped and is based on the shipping option you select. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AromaLux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol-based products, we are unable to ship perfumes to certain locations. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@aromalux.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a refund.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. AromaLux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
