At AromaLux, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all seals and cellophane intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Samples or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@aromalux.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and any specific instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aromalux.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
