At Dreamy Scent, your satisfaction is our priority. Inspired by the Sunnah, we believe in fair dealings and want you to be completely happy with your fragrance. If a perfume doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Key Policy Rules

  • 15-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of your purchase.

  • Usage Limit: The bottle must have at least 90% of the perfume remaining. If more than 10% has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–6 working days for us to process your request.
